Testing Policy

To guarantee the performance, reliability, and safety of every product we fabricate, Karam Steel Industries Pvt. Ltd. follows a structured and documented Testing Policy within its in-house quality assurance lab.

Our Testing Protocols Include:

  • Dimensional Checks: Ensuring all fabricated parts meet design tolerances and specifications
  • Weld Quality Inspection: Visual and destructive testing to assess weld strength and consistency
  • Galvanizing Thickness Measurement: Using calibrated instruments to verify zinc coating per IS/ASTM standards
  • Load Testing (where applicable): Confirming the structural integrity of tower and mounting components
  • Surface Preparation & Finish Checks: Verifying surface cleanliness, coating adherence, and finishing
  • Documentation & Traceability: Every batch tested is recorded and traceable, with complete quality documentation available for client review
